Day 1: Arrival in Bhubaneswar & City Tour

Arrive Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway Statio, Meet & Greet by The Travellers India Representative and transfer to Hotel. Bhubaneshwar is the capital of the ancient kingdom of Odisha and is famous as the temple city of India. Travel through Odisha is a melange of art, architecture and long-established customs. City tour of Bhubaneswar, which has some stunning temples clustered around the Bindusagar Tank. Of the original 7000 only 500 remain dating from the 7th century to the 11th century AD. Of these the most outstanding is the 11th century Lingaraja Temple, which celebrates the zenith of Odisha art; and the late 10th century beautifully decorated Muktesvara Temple, which marks the end of the phase of temple building in Odisha. Outside the city limits are the Udayagiri and Khandgiri caves, harking back to the time of Jain and Buddhist occupation of this region in the 2nd century BC. The Jain caves are among the earliest in India and all the caves were built or excavated during the 150 years before Christ. In contrast to the stark decor of the Jain caves, the Buddhist caves are decorated with excellent friezes and sculptures. O/n hotel.

 50% advance at the time of booking confirmation
 50% balance 30 days prior to the travel date.
 In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of
confirmation.

 Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 45% of tour cost
 Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 60% of tour cost
 Between 14 days and 10 prior to date of departure – 75%
 Between 10 days and In case of no show – 100%
 NIL cancellation charges will be applied should any one of the actual travelers’ tests COVID
positive within 72 hours prior to departure (Only Credit Note will be issued)
 The Traveller will have to furnish a COVID positive report dated within 72 hours prior to
departure as a proof of illness.
 The amount can be converted into a credit note for the full value with a validity of 12 Months.
